I’m Nishant Goel, a seasoned Automation Testing Specialist with 10+ years of core industry experience, and the Co-Founder & Lead Mentor at NLTECH Trainings.
I have worked extensively across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and built strong expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile testing using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, WebdriverIO & Appium, Postman & Rest Assured along with multiple AI tools.
Over the years, I have successfully mentored numerous students and working professionals, guiding them to transition into Automation Testing roles and excel in top organizations. My training methodology emphasizes real-world scenarios, framework building, continuous practice, and AI-driven automation strategies to align learners with the evolving demands of the IT industry.

I’ve worked extensively with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, Angular, and Azure Cloud, along with tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
As the co-founder of NLTech Trainings, I am passionate about sharing knowledge. I channel my professional experience into training and mentoring aspiring developers to help them bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations.
